A. Overall OWLAG Statistics
Sixty-One (61) Candidates wrote all their subjects and all of them (100%) achieved entry to a
degree study.
Sixty-One (61) students wrote 427 examination papers (excluding Further Studies in English)
among them and achieved the following outstanding results:
a. One hundred and twenty-nine (129) “Outstanding Achievements/ Distinctions” (80 -100%). This means that in 30% of all examinations written, students achieved at least 80% (Level 7 achievements).
b. One hundred and eighty (180) “Meritorious Achievements” (70 – 79%) i.e. this means that in 42% of all examinations written, students achieved at least 70% (Level 6 achievements). In 72% of all subjects, students achieved at least Level 6 achievements. Fifty-five (55) “Substantial Achievements” (Level 5/60 – 69%) i.e. 13% of subjects resulted in Level 5 achievements.
c. Three hundred and twenty-two (322), i.e. (85%) of all the examination papers written produced results above 60%.
d. Fifty-six (56) out of Sixty-one (61) students achieved a distinction in one (1) or more subjects.
